Answer

Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service that allows you to borrow items the library doesn't have from other libraries. If you're interested in requesting items through ILL, please fill out an Interlibrary Loan Request Form or contact a librarian. Questions regarding ILL can be sent to our ILL Coordinator Ashley DeWeerd at ashley.deweerd@bellevuecollege.edu.

Another resource for your research is the King County Library System (KCLS):

  • As a student at Bellevue College, you already have access to KCLS's online resources. Please visit our KCLS Student Access LibGuide to learn what kinds of resources are available and how to access them.
  • If you have a King County all-access library card, you can use KCLS's ILL service to borrow books and photocopies of articles from journals and magazines. Please see KCLS's ILL FAQs for details and a full list of items you can borrow.
    • Note: You must have a physical library card to use KCLS's ILL.
  • If you'd like to apply for a King County Library card, you can apply online or visit a KCLS branch during Curbside to Go hours.
