I am having trouble accessing an article or ebook that says is full-text. What should I do?

First, make sure you are logged in to your library account before you try to access articles and ebooks through our databases. Your user login information is the same for both your MyCWU and library accounts. If you are still having issues, please email libraries@cwu.edu.
If you need access from either China or Iran, you will need to let us know as our proxy server geo-blocks these countries by default to minimize intrusions. Please provide us with your details by completing the database remote access issue form so we can follow up.
