How can I access the New York Times?
Do we have a subscription to the New York Times online? How can a read a NYT article assigned by my instructor?

Edmonds College students can use their @student.edmonds.edu email to register for a free New York Times All Access account.
To sign up, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to www.accessnyt.com
Step 2: Search for and select "Edmonds College - Lynnwood, WA.” You will be redirected to the NYT registration page.
Step 3: Click "Create Account" and enter your information in the fields; you must use your @student.edmonds.edu email (Triton Email).
Step 4: Verify your account (you will receive a confirmation email).*
* The confirmation email may be routed to your spam folder. You must click the link in this email to complete the registration.
Step 5: Once you have your account activated, you can sign into https://www.nytimes.com or the NYT Apps with your account.
If you have an existing New York Times ID, follow these steps:
If you have previously registered your @.edu email address on The New York Times site, you will need to cancel your existing subscription before activating the free account. If you have registered an account with another email address, you can follow the steps above to activate prior to cancelling, however, you may need to log out and clear your cookies/cache before attempting to activate.
