Library Login Troubleshooting Checklist
1. Are you using the correct login?
Login using your official GHC email account and password. If you are unsure about your GHC email address you can find it here.
Your default password is formed using the first letters from your first and last names, followed by your entire ID number.
For example: a student named Michael Jordan with ID # 123456789 might login with username mjordan@my.ghc.edu and password mj123456789.
NOTE: If you changed your password from the default, use your chosen password. The library login will be the same as whatever you selected as your password.
2. Can you login to other GHC services, such as Canvas or the MyGHC Portal?
Yes? Go to #3.
No? Your account may have bigger problems. Contact the Student Assistance Team (STAT) for help.
3. Reset your password
If you CAN login to other GHC sources, but not the library, reset your password.
Even if you've never changed from the default password, reset it anyway.
4. Resetting didn't work! Now what?
Still no luck? Contact the Student Assistance Team (STAT) for help.
A knowledgeable Student Assistance Team member is available via Zoom, in-person in room B of the Library or by phone at 360-538-4158 from 9AM to 4PM Monday through Friday to assist students.
