Q. Where can I find help looking up my GRC student email address or requesting a password reset?
If you cannot log in to your Green River Student email, you can look up your GRC email address and find information about resetting your password on the Green River Student Email page.
Is this your FIRST time logging in to your GRC student email? If so, your password will be your GRC Student ID number (SID).
Some student email tips to keep in mind:
- You will need to know your GRC Student ID number (SID) to look up your email address and/or request a manual password reset. Not sure what your student ID is? You can look up your SID number here.
- If requesting a GRC Reset Request, please wait at least a few hours, or overnight, before trying to log-in with your temporary password.
- Did you recently (within the last 48-72 hours) register as a new student at Green River? If so, your email account may not be available yet - it can take a day or two for the email account to be active after you register.
- Are you a Green River Student who is returning after a break in enrollment, and your email login doesn't seem to be working? Please submit a GRC Reset Request, and this will allow GRC's IT Dept. to re-activate your student email account.
