What should I do if I can't access a resource?

Answer

When trying to access library resources, you either need to be connected to the PNWU network or logged into our proxy server. Our website’s Databases page includes links that are proxy-enabled, so when you click a link from off campus, you will automatically be directed to the proxy login page.

If the proxy cannot authenticate your PNWU network credentials, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If you are still not able to access a resource, please contact the library by filling out our Report a Problem form or by emailing us at library@pnwu.edu.
