How do I print?

For information on how to print from Windows, Mac, and iPad devices, visit the Student Printing website. If you continue to have problems printing, you can visit the IT Help Desk in Butler-Haney Hall room 105, email them at help@pnwu.edu, or call them at 509.249.7777.

All printing is tracked and charged to your Papercut account.

  • $0.05 per page for B&W prints ($0.03 per side for double-sided prints)
  • $0.15 per page for color prints ($0.09 per side for double-sided prints)

To avoid overcharges, set your default printer to a black and white printer. If you need to print in color, you can manually change your printer selection to a color printer.
