Error message: "This is loginbu.htm from the docs subdirectory. This file is sent if the username/password provided is not valid."
I am trying to log in to the library's eResources and it says that my username or password was incorrect.
Answer
The correct format for logging into library resources is your PNWU username (everything before @pnwu.edu) and your PNWU password. If you can still not log in, try the following:
- Clear the cache in your browser and restart your computer
- Test access using different browsers
- Check if you can sign into other accounts that require your PNWU username and password (such as email or Moodle)
- Try manually typing in your username and password, instead of using the saved login
- Reset your password
Your account will lock after 5 unsuccessful login attempts for 15 minutes. To unlock your account during office hours, call the IT Help Desk at 509.249.7777.
