Error message: "File missing: docs/deny.htm"

I am trying to access library eResources.

Answer

This error usually appears when too many attempts have been made to sign in with either an incorrect ID or password. Your account will lock after 5 unsuccessful login attempts for 15 minutes. To unlock your account during office hours, call the IT Help Desk at 509.249.7777.
