Answer

For students:

DVDs 6 days
Laptops and tablets Same day
Other equipment 6 days

Physical items from the library or the Abbey library

Semster
Reserve items  3 hour/3 days depending on the instructor's preferences
Reference books Must be used in the library
Magazines and newspapers Must be used in the library 
Special collections materials Must be used in the library and by appointment only

For Summit items and interlibrary loan (ILL)

Summit item, long loan 6 weeks
Summit, short loan (typically media items 6 days
ILL items Typically 4 weeks, as determined by the linding library
