I'm having trouble logging into a database. What should I do?

Accessing databases from off campus requires that we log in with our Centralia College email and password not our personal email. For information regarding your student email and password, please see IT Services Frequently Asked Questions page specifically the sections titled "How do I access my student email?" and "How do I reset my email password?" If you are using the correct email and password most of the time off-campus access works seamlessly, but sometimes something goes wrong. The quickest way to find a solution is to email us. We'll troubleshoot your issue and get you a way to log in.
