Steps to Complete

In this form, you will be required to:

1. State your research topic and why you chose that topic
2. List databases or other research tools you used for your research
3. List keywords you have used to research your topic
4. Give us the title and a link to the article you have decided meets the requirements for your assignment

Aim to choose an article that fulfills your assignment requirements, but other than that, there are no right or wrong answers. This is a way for the librarians to gain an understanding of your information needs and help you succeed in this course. Once you have submitted your answers, a librarian will respond with their suggestions, so make sure you've checked both your inbox and junk folder for their response.

Your assignment may require you to choose an article that:

reflects original research done by the authors (not a literature review or a meta analysis)
is between 7 - 14 pages not including charts or graphs
was published within the last 5 years, containing relevant and recent information
was published in a journal that is in the same field as the subject matter of your class (i.e. a chemistry journal for a chemistry class)
