I got an error message. What should I do?
Answer
First, go to the library's A-Z database list and select the database you were trying to access before. The links on our A-Z list should all be figured correctly.
If that does not help to get you in to the correct database, try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) or clear your browser history.
If neither of these steps fixes the problem, email librarians@olympic.edu and include as many details as possible, such as the database or link you were trying to access, the name of the article or eBook you were trying to access, etc. Screenshots are helpful, if that is possible. Our electronic services librarian will help you as soon as she is able!
