Do I need a library card to check out materials?

No. Your ctcLink number is your library card number, and we can look up your information or you can type it in yourself at our self-check station.
Note, the Whatcom Libraries Collaborate program lets non-affiliated local residents use other local library cards to check out items from WCC Library. Community members without another local library card need to show picture ID.
