Why am I not able to download or print an entire ebook?

SCC Library provides access to ebooks from several different publishers on a variety of platforms. To protect the content of their ebooks from copyright abuse, publishers set limits on how much of an ebook can be copied, printed, and downloaded.
Access to ebooks on third party platforms is an agreement between the platform and the publisher; the library has no involvement, except for the right to purchase or lease the ebook on an ebook platform.
Each ebook will have different allowances for printing, downloading, and copying. If you have questions, ask an SCC librarian for help.
